Returns & Refunds

Here at Luxury Home Shop we take pride in our selection of products. and we are sure that you will love your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason please let us know within 14 days of receipt noting that the products must be returned to us in perfect, unused and resalable condition. We will also require the return of all original inner and outer packaging. 

 

 Please note:
This does not apply to made to order, special order and customised goods.
All made to order goods are non-refundable.

 

We are happy to arrange the collection of any return and this cost will be deducted from any refund. To arrange collection please email us returns@LuxuryHomeShop.co.uk

Rugs, Lighting & Artwork
Collected via an insured courier service
Estimated cost: £40-£50

Furniture & Fragile Items
Collected via an insured courier service
Estimated cost: £50 - within the M25. Up to £120 rest of the UK

For returns from outside the UK please contact our customer team.

If you wish to arrange and organise your own return, please use a trackable service to ensure that the item is received by us with no damage. Luxury Home Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund on an item if it is not returned in a fully resaleable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the item.

Home Fragrances

Any of our candles, diffusers and home fragrances can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that there is a fault or any damage to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us here at returns@LuxuryHomeShop.co.ukPlease be prepared to provide us with photographic evidence of the damage, upon which we will arrange collection of the faulty or damaged goods.

 Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will be in touch regarding either a refund or replacement.
